It's official. Rob will be leaving for Iraq 6 days after he comes back from Panama. He will be gone until the middle of January. We'll need lots of visitors and help. Maybe I need to contact the Relief Society and see if they will come clean my baseboards- sorry inside joke!

As Robert is gone alot already, you all ready into the married while serving alone life style. We will be looking for those flight to Andrews and plan to visit. Get your calender out and book us for a scheduled visit. your choice of days. The plane from Andrews flys to McCord too and it takes all family members and uncle Rick can met you on the flight line. That would be an adventure. Pleased to hear that Rob got the assignment. We know if the selection was based on interviews he would come out on top. MOM
Congratulations! Seems like a strange thing to say about a deployment…when so many people are trying to avoid another one…but it certainly beats 12-15 and it’s great that it resets your “clock.” It’s great when things work out the way we want them to!!
I am so grateful to your husband and other service men and women. I truly have a deep reverence for them and they and their families are always in our prayers. My family definitely know that their privilleges,, rights and freedoms do not come without a cost!
Ohhh, I meant to say.... I used to stay up til 2am doing my baseboards weekly. If I couldn't scrub them clean than I painted them. I have since learned how to vacuum a little better, to avoid the black scuff marks. This was past tense. Until, I got a life! LOL
