We read a book the other day about a girl that made paper friends, so of course we had to make a paper friend afterward. Behold Max's paper bird friend, "Menu."
Another day while I was taking a nap (because all these late night 12 hour shifts can kill a person's sleep) Max decided to play in my room as I slept. He built a mouse village, complete with a castle,
a blacksmith and bridge for fishing,
a cool transportation system
and gallows. 
I wasn't sure whether to be impressed or horrified!
