Trying a Video Again

I'm just trying out my videos again. The only thing I am unhappy about is that I can't put on a bunch of music I have downloaded and paid for, because it says it is protected. Anyone know how to get around that? I paid for it, I should actually get to use it!
Here is just a couple days of summer fun.

Here's how you get around the protected music files. The problem is that the music files are probably m4p's which aren't read by some software. You need to turn your m4p's into mp3's. To do that you burn your m4p's to a CD then import that same CD back into your computer in mp3 format and use those unprotected mp3's to put on videos etc. Do you understand or is this all gibberish?
