It was Mini Soda- or Minnesota. 
Yes that was a lake in the middle of our ring of mini sodas, because Minnesota is the land of 10,000 lakes. And it did have fish in it. We made the lake out of soda and put Swedish fish inside. The ribbon was representing the state flower, Ladies Slipper, which is pink and white.
